Priority Data's primary source of gaining new prospects were the tradeshows. National, state wide, or regional, these were the place for us to be seen and have a chance to get our name out to farm mutuals in need of a policy administration system. Our primary tools in getting meetings and demos after the show were the postcards sent, the information cards handed out, and the ads that ran in the tradeshow program. Each of those business pieces depended on a strong message to remind a prospect why we were worth their time and what we could do for them.
